Restrictions

If the Casino mistakenly credits a user's account with winnings that do not belong to them, whether due to technical reasons, errors in the payout tables, human error or otherwise, that amount will remain the property of the Casino and will be deducted from the user's balance. If a user has withdrawn funds that do not belong to him/her before the Casino becomes aware of the error, the amount mistakenly paid will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law) constitute a debt owed by the user to the Casino. Use of the account

Each user has the right to create only one game account. The creation of more than one account by the same user may lead to the deletion of all user accounts and the cancellation of all cash payments. The user must not provide anyone with access to his account or allow third parties to use the "Casino" from his account. The "Casino" may only be used for personal purposes and must not be used to obtain any commercial profit.

The Casino reserves the right to notify the necessary authorities if fraudulent activity is detected by the user.

The Casino has the right to request documents from any user to confirm their identity. The user may be required to take a "selfie" with the document in hand and confirm the date when this "selfie" was taken. Modification of documents and "selfies" using any special software is strictly prohibited. If the requested documents are not provided by the user within one month of their request, the Casino reserves the right to confiscate the remaining balance of the user and block their account.

Cooperation

Partners must not offer any user, directly or indirectly, an incentive or benefit (including, but not limited to, the payment of money) for using the services provided by the Casino (for example, providing bonuses from the affiliate commission). Otherwise, "Casino" reserves the right to block the partner's account and suspend all payments.

Partners are prohibited from using advertising and promotion methods that violate moral standards and the laws of the countries in which the promotion is carried out. Any types of spam and distribution of advertising using malicious or other unwanted software are also prohibited.

In case of inactivity for more than 3 months, "Casino" reserves the right to block the partner's account. In this case, all earned funds will be paid in full. Inactivity, in this case, means the absence of new registrations and / or deposits for one quarter of the calendar year.

Account replenishment

"Casino" provides a number of ways to replenish the account balance. To top up the account, the user can use credit and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Mir, as well as all kinds of e-wallets, online banking and cryptocurrencies.

The user can only use their own credit/debit card or other payment method to top up their balance. When depositing via a bank card, a card verification procedure may be required.

Withdrawal
